Within 7 days of delivery
Size exchange
- You can swap a tee for another size once.
- It must be unworn, unwashed and still have its tags.
- You pay the postage to send it back to us.
How to ask

Ask within the time limit
Open your order in the marketplace app where you bought the tee (Shopee, Tokopedia and TikTok Shop) and start a return or refund request. You can also reach us through the Contact page with your order number.

Show us what happened
Tell us whether it is the wrong item, a defect or a size swap, and add clear photos of the tee and the problem.

We sort it out
We check your request and reply with the next step: a replacement, a refund, or how to send the tee back for your new size.
Good to know
- The marketplace's own return rules also apply to your order.
- Refunds are paid through the marketplace where you bought.
