Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of the Manyloom website and your purchases from Manyloom's marketplace stores. In these terms, "Manyloom", "we" and "us" mean Manyloom, and "you" means anyone using the site or buying our products.

By using the site or buying from our stores, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site shows our catalogue of original tees and runs our creator programme, where artists submit designs for review.

You cannot buy or pay on this site. We sell through our stores on Shopee, Tokopedia and TikTok Shop.

When you buy a Manyloom tee, you order and pay on the marketplace. The marketplace's own terms also apply to that purchase, including its payment, delivery and buyer protection rules.

• The price, shipping options, shipping cost and delivery estimate that count are the ones shown at the marketplace checkout.
• Each listing shows its own dispatch time. See shipping.
• Tracking and order updates live in your marketplace order.

We work hard to show each tee accurately. Some images are mockups, and colours can look slightly different on different screens.

A design shown on this site may sell out, be removed, or not be listed on every marketplace. The marketplace listing shows what is available to buy.

If we send the wrong item, or a tee has a printing or garment defect, we replace or refund it within 7 days of delivery at our cost. You can swap a tee for another size once within 7 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags, and you pay the return postage.

The designs on our tees belong to the artists who made them. They license them to Manyloom so we can make and sell the products.

The rest of the site, including our name, logo, photos and text, belongs to Manyloom. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, reproduce or sell our designs or content without written permission.

Submitting a design is covered by our creator submission and royalty terms. Selling an approved design is covered by our creator sales and licence terms. Those terms apply alongside these.

If you believe a design on Manyloom uses your work or your rights without permission, tell us through the Contact page with the details. We will look into it and may pause or remove the product while we do.

Please do not:

• break, overload or try to get around the security of the site;
• access accounts or data that are not yours, or scrape the site in bulk;
• upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the rights to;
• pretend to be Manyloom, an artist or anyone else.

We may suspend access for anyone who does, and we may remove content that breaks these terms.

Our product pages link to Shopee, Tokopedia and TikTok Shop. Those sites are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they work.

We stand behind the tees we sell, as described in our returns policy. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error free or online.

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under Indonesian consumer protection law.

We may update these terms as Manyloom grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. The terms in place when you buy apply to that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
