How delivery works
Options and cost
Couriers, shipping cost and the estimated delivery date all appear at the marketplace checkout, before you pay. Pick the option that suits you there.
Dispatch time
Each listing shows its own dispatch time: how long it takes us to pack your order and hand it to the courier.
Tracking
Tracking lives in your order on the marketplace. Open the app, go to your orders, and tap the order to see where your parcel is.
Delivery problems
Parcel late, lost or damaged? Message us from the order in the marketplace app, or reach us through the Contact page with your order number.
